The second formula is on-site support. With this service, the young diagnostician is supported by an experienced mentor in carrying out his diagnosis. This service is priced at €250 excluding VAT per day. The mentor accompanies the diagnostician in the field and brings him his technical expertise and his experience to help him carry out his real estate diagnostic mission.
The third formula is a mix of the two previous solutions. The young diagnostician can thus benefit from both live assistance by telephone or videoconference, and on-site support from an experienced mentor. This mixed solution is very flexible and adapts to the specific needs of each property assessor.
We operate throughout France and hotel and catering costs as well as le travel are not charged.
